All you need is a computer or smartphone with internet access and an email address. Baltimore County Employees Federal Credit Union offers free online and mobile banking —so you can manage your finances from the comfort of home or on the go! Once you have enrolled in online banking, you can sign up for additional electronic services for even more convenience. Here is how to get started:
Enroll in Online Banking
You will need your member number and your QuickTeller Phone Banking PIN. If you’ve never used QuickTeller, the PIN is the last 4 digits of your social security number. Create a username and password and answer a few security questions to complete the enrollment process.
Download the App
Download the BCCU Mobile banking App from Google Play or the App Store. Use your online banking login credentials to sign in.
What can you do with Online and Mobile Banking?
- Check account balances 24/7. If you spot any errors or unauthorized activity, you can notify us immediately without having to wait for a paper statement.
- View and search transaction history. You can see deposits or charges that are pending—meaning they have not posted to your account yet.
- Transfer funds between Credit Union accounts or make a payment to your VISA Platinum Credit Card or loan you have with us.
- Create account alerts and enable push notifications to monitor your accounts and stay up to date.
- Deposit checks and save a trip to the branch! Use your smartphone to take a picture of the check, follow the on-screen prompts and click submit to deposit it to your savings or checking. Tap, snap and done…it’s as easy as that.
- Enroll in eStatements. You’ll receive an email notice when your statement is ready to view—usually by the 3rd business day of each month—and much faster than postal mail. Logon to Online Banking and click the statements tab. You can view, download or print up to 18 months of statement history.
- Pay your bills online with Bill Pay. Set up automatic, recuring or single payments from your BCEFCU checking account. It’s easy and convenient.
