Tips for Using Your Gift Card

Sign your card before using it and keep a record of the card number in a safe place
Register your card at GoCardServices.com to make purchases online or by phone, and to view your balance or transactions
If your purchase is more than your available balance, it may be declined unless it is processed as split tender

Important Information About Your Gift Card

Card purchase limits are $10 to $1,000
Cards over $500 must be registered and can be transferred to the recipient while registering online or through the Manage My Card Mobile App
A $4.95 monthly fee applies after 12 consecutive months of inactivity
Registered cards can be replaced if lost for the unused balance for an $8.00 fee
Call Customer Service at 866-261-7741, which is also shown on the back of the card, to obtain a PIN number. The PIN number is necessary for purchases at point of sale.
Gift cards can only be used in US Territories
