Ready to Apply?
Congratulations! If you live in the Baltimore-Metropolitan Area (Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Carroll County, Harford County and Howard County) OR are affiliated with one of the member groups listed, you’re eligible for membership! You can apply in person at one of three convenient branches or mail in your application. If you mail in your application, your signature (and that of any joint owners) will need to be notarized.
Verification of your eligibility is necessary to process membership application. The following guidelines have been established to adhere to local, state, and national regulations.
Immediate family members of a current member and anyone living within the member household are also eligible for credit union membership. If joining as a family member or through household affiliation provide us with the current member’s name and address for eligibility verification.

Once you (and any joint owners) have completed and signed the application, return the application along with your Share Savings account deposit of $5.00 either in person or by mail.
All new members are required to submit:
- a copy of their government-issued photograph ID and confirmation that they are affiliated with one of the groups.
Confirmation of group affiliation may consist of:
- Official membership card
- a Baltimore County issued ID and a pay stub for Baltimore County employees
- a pay stub or letter of employment from one of the affiliated employer groups.
