The thing I look forward to the most when coming to work is the chance to assist our members with their financial needs and to help improve their financial picture in any way possible. The team at BCEFCU does a great job of making sure each one of our members feel safe and secure knowing the credit union is looking out for them.

My coworkers and the members are a definite perk of working at BCEFCU. I have the pleasure of working with some of the most amazing people! The strong relationships I’ve formed with coworkers and members is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. This is so important in providing a positive experience.

What stands out to me about the culture at BCEFCU is the level of member and employee satisfaction. Our staff is willing to lend a helping hand to our members and to one another. This creates a balanced workplace leaving our members feeling valued and appreciated and giving employees a feeling of gratification. I feel like I’m part of something special here.
